Pick-up
Pick-up is a great way to get involved in ultimate.
The following information is current as of fall 2007, but it changes frequently. The best way to know where and when to find pickup is to keep an eye on the news on this site's home page.
From May 1 through about Labour Day weekend, pick-up takes place at St. Lawrence College every Monday and Friday at 6pm. Also, at the beginning of May before Summer League starts, there is also pickup at St. Lawrence on Wednesdays at 6pm.
From the beginning of September until late October, pick-up takes place at McCullough Park every Monday at 5:30pm. If McCullough Park is not available, pick-up will be at Oakridge Park at the same time.
Throughout the rest of the year, if the weather is nice, pick-up sometimes takes place at the cricket field at City Park, usually starting around 4pm.
